Hero's who are Virgins

I'm reading a book by Eloisa James-When the Duke Returns and in it the Hero is a virgin. This is totally new for me, first time I've read a romance book the hero is a virgin and almost 30.

I haven't read alot of regencies yet, just started getting into them again this past year. Last time i read one was back when I was 15 I think.

Has anyone else read where the hero was a virgin? If so would love to hear about them.
